This high quality, 12V colour changing RGBW LED strip/tape from UK LED strip specialists Luxlite, is perfect for mood and ambient lighting applications in motorhomes, campervans, caravans, and boats.
The 10mm wide flexible strip has 60 LEDs per metre, providing 564 lumens with a power output of 12W. The RGB plus 4000K neutral white output is powered from a 12V DC supply via a 4-channel constant voltage receiver. A multi-function remote is then used to control the lights and has features including dimming and dynamic colour changing.
The strip is supplied as a 5m length terminated with 0.5m of 5-core cable to connect to the receiver. It is IP20 rated (for use in a dry environment) and has a 3M adhesive backing for easy application.
Where the strip cannot be laid in a continuous run, it can be cut across the copper pads and re-joined using 5-pin connectors and a length of 5-core cable (2 connectors required for single join). Similarly, these connectors can be used to join an un-terminated section of strip to 5-core cable, before connecting to a receiver.
